I’m in desperate need of one! I just need a whole week where I am free from everybody that is making my life a living hell! I need a week so I can clear my head and get the proper rest because I don’t sleep! I need a week to just clear my head and think of my next move! I just need a break!
No matter how H A R D I try to get back to the basics…something A L W A Y S arise! When I try to read my Bible more, go to church more, pray and fast more, something happens that throws me off! And then I just get S O mad because I feel like I fail! But as we Christians know, when you’re close to your blessing/breakthrough the D E V I L always shows up to throw you off, so I guess I just gotta keep going. Because God said:
“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)
And:
“I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:11)
